  • Children over the age of two years will require a ticket.
  • Your guest tickets are in addition to your ticket.

Singapore graduations are held on level four of the Raffles City Convention Centre, which is conveniently located close to transport and places to eat and drink before and after your ceremony.

Murdoch University is committed to providing universal access to our events. Please contact Completion and Graduations at least two weeks before the ceremony if you require assistance so suitable arrangements can be organised. Advance notice is necessary to arrange for some accessibility needs.

Accepting your certificate

As you reach the stage your name will be checked before it is announced. Once announced, walk across the stage to the Chancellor to receive your certificate. The ceremony photographer will be positioned in front of the stage to take a photo of the presentation. Following this you will then continue across the stage where an usher will direct you back to the graduand seating area.

After the ceremony

To make your night run more smoothly, arrange in advance where you will meet your guests after the ceremony. Waiting at the exits can cause congestion.

Return your regalia

Hired regalia must be returned to the registration desk before you leave.

Studio and Stage Photography

Photographers will be available before and after the ceremony for studio portraits. No bookings are necessary. A range of photo package options are available for you to choose from. You can view and order packages combining individual and family photos on the day or pre-order your package from GFP Events.

Souvenir Stage photos of your certificate presentation will be printed with year of graduation and Murdoch University crest, and are available to view, purchase and take home on the night.

A complimentary download of your certificate presentation photo will also be made available. Use your student ID as your voucher code. A different code will be provided if you have studio photos taken.

Pre-book your ceremony photography at GFP Events.
