Updates From Semester 1, 2026

Online Scheduled and/or Online Flexible Students

If you are an eligible domestic students enrolled only in Online Scheduled and/or Online Flexible attendance modes, your exam arrangements will be determined by your postal address listed on MyInfo.

Postal Address-Based Exam Arrangement

* Want to sit your exam on campus? Apply to the Exams Office at least 10 University business days before the exam period. Some exams may be delivered as paper‑based at an exam centre, and we’ll notify you if this applies to your exam.

Check your postal address is up to date

• If you do not live at your registered postal address, contact the Exams Office:
  • By end of Week 8 for normal semester exams.
  • Or at least 20 University business days before for other exam periods.
• Late requests or changes due to travel plans will not be accepted.

Student Visa Holders

• Must enrol in at least one Face-to-Face unit in each compulsory study period.
• Must sit all in-person exams on campus, even if you are also enrolled in Online Scheduled or Online Flexible units.

Face-to-Face or Mixed Mode Students

• Must sit all in-person exams on campus, even if you are also enrolled in Online Scheduled or Online Flexible units.
• Off-campus exams are not permitted.

Receiving exam notification

If you are identified as sitting Remote eExam using Respondus, you will receive a personalised Notice of External Off-Campus Exams email during Week 9 or 10 of the semester. The email will list the unit(s) to be delivered as Remote eExam using Respondus.

Check your junk mail folder if you do not receive the email by Week 11 and contact the Exams Office if you still have not received the email.
