The Animal Ethics module in IRMA system has been live since 2016.
What can I do within the Animal Ethics module in IRMA?
You can apply for animal ethics approval by completing the online application using the appropriate questionnaire. Your application will be considered by the Animal Ethics Committee and you will be notified in due course of the outcome.
Once approval has been granted you can manage any variations to your protocol online. Typical variations would include adding or changing an investigator, reporting adverse event(s) or an unexpected death. Each year you must provide an Annual Report on your annual animal usage in IRMA.
