How do I submit an application in IRMA?
You can apply for animal ethics approval by submitting an application in IRMA as a "coversheet". The Animal Ethics Committee will consider your application and will notify you in due course of the outcome.
Once approval has been granted you can manage any variations or amendments to your protocol in IRMA. Typical amendments include adding or changing an investigator, or requesting a new trapping location. You are also required to report adverse event(s) or an unexpected death via IRMA. You must provide an Annual Report on your annual animal usage in IRMA each year.
