Accepting your folder as you cross the stage
As you reach the stage your name will be checked before it is announced. Once announced, walk across the stage to the Chancellor to receive your folder.
Stop briefly to accept the folder from the Chancellor as the ceremony photographer takes a photo of the presentation. You will then continue across the stage where an usher will direct you back to the graduand seating area.
After the ceremony
It’s time to relax and celebrate with your family and friends. Enjoy complementary light refreshments and have your photos taken.
To make your night run more smoothly, arrange in advance where you will meet your guests after the ceremony. Waiting at the exits can cause congestion.
Photographs and video
Photographers will be available before and after the ceremony for studio portraits. You can register through Artbeat Productions to be notified instantly when digital photos are available post-event. Pre-payments can be made online. You can adjust the quantity of your purchase on the left to buy prints, digital copies or a full graduation package.
