Fresh Starts Promotion FAQs
The promotion is open to students, staff, and community members. Everyone is welcome to join and benefit from the offer. Current gym members* can also take part by cancelling their current gym membership and signing up with the Fresh Starts Promotion.
*Excludes members who are currently locked into the Fresh Starts Promotion.
The Fresh Starts Promotion runs from 5 January to 15 March. You’ll need to sign up during this period to lock in the special benefits.
No. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime without penalties.
When you sign up during the promotion, your membership pricing is locked in for 36 months (3 years) or when you are deemed ineligible i.e. student graduates, staff member leaves. That means no unexpected price increases during that time.
After the 3-year period, your membership will continue at the standard rate available at that time. You’ll have the option to renew or adjust your plan.
