Wildlife and Conservation Medicine Residency Program
Expressions of Interest are invited from qualified veterinarians for a three year, full-time residency and Professional Doctorate (DVetMedSc), based at the New Zealand Centre for Conservation Medicine, Auckland Zoo, and in conjunction with Murdoch University’s School of Veterinary Medicine.
You will undertake postgraduate coursework, a research dissertation and clinical training in all aspects of zoo and wildlife medicine, as well as related wildlife conservation and fieldwork opportunities.
