2026 Murdoch University 50-Year Scholarship

Murdoch University was founded on an ethos of providing pathways into higher education for people who had previously been excluded. We are immensely proud of this tradition, and as we approach our 50th anniversary celebrations, this ethos is as strong as ever.

We are launching fifty scholarships in celebration of our 50 years to support future students who live in a regional or remote area of Western Australia.

For students commencing their first year of tertiary study in any undergraduate degree, we are offering scholarships to join Murdoch University in 2026. $5,000 will be offered to up to 15 students, designed to offset costs in the first year of study.

We strongly encourage Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students to apply also.
