We are responsive to feedback, and welcome suggestions for improvements of our service delivery and or patient experience. Feedback can be given verbally to any staff member and or in writing to the service inbox.
We take complaints and concerns regarding your health care and or privacy seriously. You should express any concerns you may have in writing. We will then attempt to resolve it in accordance with our resolution procedures.

Complaints will be handled in accordance with the University’s Complaints Management Policy and grievance and complaints procedures. We will inform you when your complaint has been received and an expected timeframe for resolution, please allow 30 days for this process to occur.
If your complaint concerns the handling of your Medicare number, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Generally, the OIAC will require you give them time to respond before they will investigate. For further information visit the OAIC or call on 1300 363 992.
