Section 1: Applicant details

We require evidence of you having lived at this address immediately prior to commencement of your Murdoch studies which could include; drivers licence, high school certificate or official letter with name on it.

At the end of this form you will be asked to submit this supporting documentation.

Applicants are required to submit supporting documentation to brighterfutureschol@murdoch.edu.au as part of this application.

Please provide an academic, community or employer reference. This must be a signed letter of recommendation from a senior representative of an organisation, employer or educational institution and must be dated within the past 12 months.

You must also provide evidence that you resided at your current address immediately prior to commencing your studies at Murdoch University. Examples of acceptable documentation include a driver's licence, high school certificate, or an official document displaying your name and address.

You are encouraged to submit any additional supporting documentation relevant to your application. This may include certificates, letters of support, evidence of volunteer service, project summaries, media articles, awards, or other documentation that demonstrates your achievements, contributions and impact.
