The Health Futures Institute (HFI) at Murdoch University and South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) are proud to announce the inaugural HFI-SMHS Research Symposium, to be held on 11-12 November 2026.
Under the theme "Health Through Many Lenses: From Discovery to Community Impact" the symposium will bring together researchers, clinicians, students, health professionals, consumers, community representatives, policymakers, and industry partners to showcase innovative research, clinical practice, and community-led initiatives that are shaping the future of health.
Covering topics such as healthy ageing, precision medicine, clinical trials, digital health, integrated care, implementation science, and community engagement, the symposium aims to strengthen collaboration, foster new partnerships, and accelerate the translation of research into real-world impact.
Join us as we celebrate research excellence, build new collaborations, and help shape healthier futures for our communities.
