Communication and media shape how ideas spread, communities form and societies understand the world. Major in communication and media studies as part of our Bachelor of Communication and discover how media influences culture, politics and everyday life while developing the skills to analyse and create compelling media content. 

Throughout your communication and media studies, you’ll explore how messages are created, shared and interpreted across digital platforms, journalism, social media and emerging communication technologies. You’ll examine topics such as media audiences, communication strategy, misinformation and the evolving role of media in shaping public debate. 

You’ll also develop practical communication and media production skills, learning how to research, analyse and create engaging media for different audiences.
