Do you want to experience a day in the life of a Murdoch University student?

If you are currently in Year 9 or 10, A Day in the Life of a Murdoch University Student is the perfect opportunity for you to explore your interests and where these might lead you. You will create a customised university timetable based on subjects of interest, speak with current Murdoch University students about their study journey and be inspired by our academics.

When registering, the form must be completed by the parent/guardian of any Year 9 or 10 high school student (age 14-16) wanting to attend 'A Day in the Life of a Murdoch University Student' and is required for entry to the event. This event will run on both Tuesday 30th September and Wednesday 1st October 2025. Please choose only one day to attend. The program is identical on both days.

Schedule

• 8.00am - 8.30am: Registration
• 8.30am - 8.50am: Welcome & Introduction
• 9.00am - 10.00am: Workshop #1*
• 10.00am - 10.30am: Morning Tea - Please bring your own or money to purchase.
• 10.45am - 11.45am: Workshop #2*
• 11.45am - 1.00pm: Lunch - Please bring your own or money to purchase.
• 1:15pm - 2:15pm: Workshop #3*
• 2.30pm - 3.15pm: Quiz
• 3.15pm - 3.30pm: Event Wrap Up & Goodbye
