Getting ready to study for your WACE Human Biology Exam? We give you our heart and some top tips from other students...

As September rolls speedily to an end we just about come to the 1 month mark before year 12 Exams start.

Don’t freak out!

Breathe.

All good?

Good.

As promised we are continuing to share tips, handy hints and offer some pretty posters to get you started, or just help you remember things!

Here are some top tips that students have suggested in past years for how to effectively study for the Human Biology exam:

To help you with top tip #3, download the 2012 WACE Examinations for Human Biological Science.

Top tip #9 suggests using diagrams. Print out images and then practice labelling all the areas, once you’ve got it all right stick them up around the house to act as reminders. We’ll get you started with a diagram of the heart below. Other ones you might like to do could be the parts of the eye (sclera anyone?) or the ear (know your Malleus from your Incus) or the Brain.
