Studying at Murdoch University

The School of Public Policy and International Affairs

At the Sir Walter Murdoch School of Public Policy and International Affairs students are taught by leading academics and professional practitioners from around the world.

To ensure a challenging and stimulating learning environment all classes are taught in the form of small group seminars and workshops, and are exclusive to postgraduate students.

The graduate school has a strong international orientation and also offers overseas internships.

Facilities

Student services and tools are also available online, and classes are augmented by online delivery, enabling a flexible educational experience at Murdoch which can fit within the busy lives of postgraduate students.

Murdoch University’s Library Learning Centre and computer labs are also available 24 hours a day, so students can study when it suits them.

There are a range of facilities on campus including banking, health and fitness, and support services to help students juggle their other commitments as they study.

Murdoch’s South Street campus is home to a number of world-class facilities including a comprehensive vet hospital with the state’s only equine operating theatre, engineering pilot plant, a chiropractic clinic, Media Arts centre and more.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available for interstate and international students at Murdoch University Village, which currently houses over 800 residents in a range of fully furnished, self-contained apartments.
