Internal medicine facilities

The Small Animal Internal Medicine Service utilises the latest techniques and equipment during the diagnostic investigation process.

We have access to state-of-the-art equipment including fibre-optic video endoscopes, colour doppler ultrasound, digital x-rays, CT, ECG and blood pressure. Many of our cases require a wide range of blood tests and we have access to full laboratory support.

Most of these tests are performed in our own laboratories so that vital information is available as soon as possible. Many of our cases can be critically ill and we have a fully equipped ICU, with experienced ICU veterinarians and staff available to monitor them around the clock.
