We are the only specialist dermatology facility in Western Australia and we provide the most advanced care available for dogs, cats and horses with chronic and severe skin and ear disease, particularly allergic, immune mediated and hormonal skin diseases.

Making referrals to the Skin, Allergy and Ear Clinic

We prefer to see pets that have been referred by a veterinarian, and we believe that the best possible care for patients can be provided by developing close working relationships between general practice veterinarians and veterinary specialists.

Our patients are seen by appointment only.

Make sure we have your patient’s medical history, by completing the online referral form, or alternatively you can download the faxable version (pdf format).

A questionnaire regarding your patient can also be very helpful for us. You can download the questionnaire (pdf format), which can be faxed to us or the pet owner can bring it with them at the time of their appointment.
