The School of Veterinary and Life Sciences provides students with the chance to develop their skills in practical settings with industry standard equipment, practices and resources. Find out more about the School's recognised training facilities below:

  • Murdoch University currently owns farm land in 3 locations; on the South Street Campus (51 hectare on-campus Vet Farm), and at Mundijong (40 hectare Mundijong Farm and 80 hectare Mardella Farm).
  • The Animal Hospital is the teaching hospital of Murdoch University School of Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences.
  • Based at Murdoch University, the State Agricultural Biotechnology Centre is the collaborative university centre for R&D in agricultural and veterinary biotechnology in Western Australia. It provides platform technologies and world class equipment and facilities for R&D in agricultural biotechnology to researchers from universities, state government and industry.
