Psychology research

frontdoor.jpg

Research is in integral part of the life of the School of Psychology. All staff are engaged in research, spanning a wide range of topics. The School of Psychology has seven areas of research concentration: Developmental neuroscience, Cognitive neuroscience, Social development, Political, Mental Health, Leadership, Work and Lifestyle. A number of staff and students collaborate across these areas, and their work is detailed on the research pages for each group..

Staff have been successful competing for research support from national, state, and industry sources. Research grants from varied sources provide funding for some of the ongoing research projects in the school. Staff in the School also have close links with two of the University’s Areas of Research strength: Social Change and Social Equity (SCASE) and Interactive Media.
