International Trade and Business Law Review
The International Trade and Business Law Review publishes leading articles consisting of original research, case notes and comments, as well as book reviews dealing with international trade and business law, arbitration law and comparative law. From time to time the Review also devotes a section to the Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and on occasions publishes the memoranda prepared by a team coached by the Review’s Editor-in-Chief, Professor Gabriël A Moens. The Review provides the legal and business communities with information reflecting recent developments in international commercial arbitration, trade and business. It contributes in a scholarly way to the discussion of these developments while being informative and of practical relevance to both scholars and professionals. The Review is a scholarly peer-reviewed journal which is included on the Australian Research Council’s ERA 2012 Journal List and is classified as ‘refereed’ in the Ulrich’s Knowledgebase. The Review is indexed in HeinOnline.
The Editor-in-Chief of the International Trade and Business Law Review is Professor Gabriël A Moens, foundation Professor of Law at Curtin University Law School in Western Australia. Prior to this role Professor Moens served as Pro Vice Chancellor (Law, Business and Information Technology) at Murdoch University in Western Australia. Ms Sarah Withnall Howe, Lecturer, Murdoch University Law School serves as the Review’s Associate Editor.
The Review was first published in 1995 when it was known as the International Trade and Business Law Journal. In 1996 it was published as the International Trade and Business Law Annual until 2005. The Review was published by Routledge Cavendish until Vol XII, 2009. It is currently published by the Murdoch University School of Law.
The Review is supervised by an international editorial board consisting of leading international trade law practitioners and academics from the European Union, the United States, Asia and Australia.
