This course, designed for teaching professionals, explores the concept of internationalisation and the trend to internationalise curriculum, with a specific focus on the International Baccalaureate (IB) suite of programmes: Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme.The course also examines and critiques a range of international curriculum models and practices. The Graduate Certificate in International Education  is is recognised by the International Baccalaureate as meeting the requirements of the IB Certificate in Teaching and Learning (also the IB Advanced Certificate in Teaching and Learning if have five years prior teaching experience, three of which must include IB teaching). Master of Education (Coursework)

With the inclusion of certain units and requirements, Murdoch University's Master of Education (Coursework) is recognised by the International Baccalaureate as meeting the requirements of the IB Certificate in Teaching and Learning and /or the IB Advanced Certificate in Teaching and Learning (requires five years prior teaching experience, three of which must include IB teaching).
