Eight new Research Institutes
In 2008 Murdoch University opened eight new Research Institutes:
- Institute for Immunology and Infectious Diseases
- Integrated Health Institute
- Institute for Resource Technology
- Institute for Sustainable Ecosystems
- Animal Research Institute
- Institute for Crop and Plant Sciences
- Institute for Media, Creative Arts and Information Technology
- Institute for Sustainable Societies, Education and Politics
These new Research Institutes will work with industry to identify and tackle some of the greatest problems facing Australia and the world in the 21st Century.
