Sustainable Energy Management student profiles at Murdoch University

Flexible courses to fit with your goals

You can study Sustainable Energy Management part-time or full-time, from anywhere in Australia – including your own home.

When Murdoch graduate Travis Bates was first exploring his uni options, he was attracted to the flexible structure of the course right away.

"This degree was set up for external students and their systems of communication were very efficient," he said. "I took the course externally (from regional SA) and in a part-time mode. This allowed me to run my business and study in down-times, or at night."

Another Murdoch graduate, Andrew Burnet, said the flexibility of the course works well for on-campus students too, as course materials can be downloaded and revised at any time.

"This was one of the first degrees that offered online learning, having a number of students who had never set foot on campus or perhaps even in Australia!" he said.

"As an on-campus student, these resources proved to be valuable, particularly if you had to miss a lecture. You could simply download the lecture presentation and an audio recording of the actual lecture and follow along as if you were part of the class."
