The Bachelor of Arts in Photography delivers a comprehensive set of practical photographic and digital imaging skills and the theoretical knowledge required for a career as a professional photographer. You will have your practice informed through studying the power and meaning of image and its cultural-historical context. In addition, you will be equipped with a contemporary network and marketing skills key to your success as a creative producer.

In the Bachelor of Arts you will develop a broad understanding of your field and proficiency in producing written and oral arguments and creative artifacts in response to social, human and natural phenomena. You will develop a critical appreciation of the perspectives of others. As an Arts graduate you will think critically and creatively, apply knowledge and information and communicate effectively. Upon graduation, you have the option to pursue further study in social research, the humanities and/or the creative arts.
