Become an expert in the design and management of secure networks for voice, video and data.

Develop a thorough grounding in network management and security

You will explore topics including network switching, advanced routing, wide area networks, wireless networks and the management and security of computer systems and network infrastructure.

You will also spend significant time developing your skills in the planning, design, construction, management and troubleshooting of scalable and secure integrated voice and data networks.

Gain industry-approved certification and recognition

Additionally, your Masters course is designed to prepare you to sit for valuable industry accreditations and certificates including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Managing Cisco Network Security (MCNS), and Cisco Secure PIX Firewall Advanced (CSPFA).

You may also use units completed as part of the Postgraduate Diploma in Internetworking and Security to give you advanced standing towards the Masters in Network Management Security, subject to appropriate unit selection.
