Entry requirements
At a minimum, an honours 2A degree or equivalent in Psychology. Applicants enrolled in the first year of the MAppPsych may apply to transfer into the program.
English language requirements
In order to gain admission to Murdoch University, students must satisfy Murdoch University English requirements by demonstrating competency in the English Language.Postgraduate Entry Requirements (pdf)

Applicants must apply simultaneously for entry to both the MAppPsych and the PhD. Candidates enrolled in the first year of the MAppPsych may apply for transfer into the program.
Applicants should hold, on admission, at least an Honours 2A degree (or equivalent) in Psychology. Competition for places is strong. Students with overseas qualifications who are accepted into the course and who wish to seek registration in Australia after graduation, should ensure that their undergraduate qualifications meet the requirements of the relevant psychology registration board for equivalence to a four-year Australian degree in Psychology.
Applicants must also supply a Personal Statement, Referee Reports and Curriculum Vita with their application.
