Learn how to make a difference to people's lives by exploring our legal system.

Get hands-on experience as you study

Laws shape our rights and responsibilities as individuals, and in organisations, governments and communities. In this course, you'll develop a range of analytical, communication and practical skills as you explore how law works in our society.

You'll learn about legal concepts, language and how to conduct legal research. You'll also have the chance to study social welfare, mediation and restorative justice units.

Apply your new skills to a range of roles

With a major in Legal Studies, you can work in a variety of roles, including the police force, Justice Department, other government agencies or private organisations.
