Legal Studies
Being a citizen of Australia means that we have both rights and responsibilities and these are underpinned by the laws of the land. And it is not only individuals who are constrained and protected by the law, but all businesses and organisations, even our government policies must uphold the law.
Legal Studies at Murdoch will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyse the dynamic role and function of law in society, to understand legal concepts and language and to develop expertise in legal research and reasoning.
In this course you will also have the chance to focus on a range of social welfare, media and criminology units.
