Qualify and apply

Entry requirements

Applicants should hold a four-year degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (or its equivalent). This may include an Honours degree or a postgraduate diploma in IT, Computer Science or Information Systems. Applicants without research preparation will receive research training as part of the degree.

Applicants with a Master's degree in IT, including the MSc(IT), can get up to 24 points credit towards the DIT.

English language requirements

In order to gain admission to Murdoch University, students must satisfy Murdoch University English requirements by demonstrating competency in the English Language.
