Audrey Ciccone

Audrey has twenty years of experience as a Human Resource professional working with innovative companies who compete globally in their niche markets. For the past 10 years, Audrey has been an independent consultant working with executive teams and business owners who are ready to move their HR from a reactive, administrative function to a strategic driver aimed at getting full performance from an engaged team. She has broad experience across multiple business sectors including manufacturing, biotechnology, professional services, healthcare and publishing.

Some of Audrey’s consulting work includes: conducting HR risk audits, developing and implementing remuneration strategies, facilitating decision making, employee engagement reviews, performance management, and other projects related to strategic HR, communication and productivity improvements. While the majority of her work is with small to medium sized private sector clients, Audrey has also consulted in government agencies and not for profits. Audrey has served as a Director on two technology association boards. She took up residence in Perth in 2009.

Audrey is experienced in developing and presenting workshops to clients including the Certified General Accountants in Canada, the University of British Columbia, the British Columbia Institute of Technology and human resource associations across Canada. In 2006, Audrey authored a chapter on ‘Creating an Authentic Workplace’ published in the book Awakening the Workplace and continues to write and speak on a variety of HR topics.
