The line manager’s role in employee engagement, satisfaction and retention has never been more acute than in a tight economy where jobs are hard to fill. Your HR team can provide you with tools but the primary point of contact for employees is with their manager. This workshop focuses on the role of the line manager in influencing and delivering strategic HR initiatives. Participants will come away feeling more confident in the key interpersonal skills required to be an effective people manager.
