- The fundamental principles of project management;
- Team structure, leadership and followership;
- What to look for at each stage of the project;
- Assessing risk and quality;
- Real world probability, the go forward plan, monitoring and control techniques;
- What to ask, when, why and how, in complex, high value and strategic projects;
- How to recognise a troubled project, how to take appropriate action, and what to do about key issues, particularly scope, resources and cash flow;
- How to address team member behaviour on projects under stress.
