  • Team structure, leadership and followership;
  • What to look for at each stage of the project;
  • Assessing risk and quality;
  • Real world probability, the go forward plan, monitoring and control techniques;
  • What to ask, when, why and how, in complex, high value and strategic projects;
  • How to recognise a troubled project, how to take appropriate action, and what to do about key issues, particularly scope, resources and cash flow;
  • How to address team member behaviour on projects under stress.
