Increasingly, operational and functional managers, especially those moving into more senior or general management roles, need to be responsible for the hands-on administration of commercial contracts. The aim of this 2-day program is to provide all those involved in the formation and administration of such contracts with an in-depth understanding of the principles of contract law as it applies to commercial contracts generally. The course has been designed by an experienced contract lawyer (who is also a Professor of Law) to address basic legal principles common to all types of commercial contracts.
