Management Masterclass

Who should attend

The program will suit existing managers whose roles are changing in scale and scope because of organisational growth or restructuring, function-specific managers who need exposure to a broader view on management issues and thinking, emerging leaders of high potential but with limited management experience, and managers whose roles have remained relatively constant and who seek fresh takes on management thinking and practice.

Participants will likely have been in management roles for at least three years.  This program will suit professionally qualified managers from various backgrounds, e.g., Engineering, Finance, Government, Legal, etc, or those who may have reached superintendent level in the resources sector through their own experience and expertise.
