Frequently asked questions
Yes. Our Primary Care clinic provides a general practice service in-hours, from Monday to Friday. We also have a Large Animal clinic which performs both ambulatory (on-farm) and in-hospital first-opinion consultations, in-hours from Monday to Friday.
You will require a referral letter from your regular veterinarian to visit the following departments The Animal Hospital:
- Specialist small animal surgery
- Small animal medicine
- Small animal MRI and CT
- Equine MRI and CT
You do not require a referral from your regular veterinarian to visit the following departments:
- Emergency and critical care
- Large animal services (including Equine Medicine, Equine Surgery, Reproduction, Production Animal Services)
- Small animal primary Care
For all our standard services, payment is required on the day of your appointment. We now also offer Vet Pay, Zip Money and Zip Pay. For further information around payments, please refer to our payment information page.
