The Zone Fitness Centre

The Zone Fitness Centre is fully equipped with cardio equipment, weights, group fitness room and spin cycling studio.

We offer a range of membership options which include full access to fitness centre equipment, group fitness classes, appraisals and a personalised training program.

You can also purchase a casual pass to access the gym or fitness classes.

Personal training

With a personal trainer you have the opportunity to get tailored professional advice and training from a qualified fitness instructor. Your personal trainer will guide you when using the equipment and weights and help you work towards your personal goals.

Prices are subject to individual requirements and needs. To arrange a personal trainer or get a quote, call or drop in to see us at the Murdoch Sports reception.
