During the course of the project it was identified that it was necessary to provide some guidance on both the terminology associated with University Student Volunteering, and on the learning associated with this activity.
To address this two Concept Guides were developed:
- Terminology – this provides clarification on the diverse terminology used to describe student volunteering.
- Learning - which reviews the ways in which volunteering can help students learn and can complement the curriculum.
