The sustainability of the nursing workforce research group is crucial to the provision of safe and optimal patient care. We conduct research that advocates for nurses and the patients they care for investigating issues including nurse wellbeing and resilience, workplace conditions, nurse-led models of care, operational needs and future workforce provision.
