Country to Campus Scholarship

Opening doors from country to campus

For over 50 years, Murdoch University has helped students realise their potential and build meaningful futures. As we look ahead, we remain committed to making education accessible to all, no matter where a student calls home.

Through the Country to Campus Scholarship, we are working to raise $100,000 to help support students from regional and remote communities (including First Nations students) to take the next step into university life.

For many, the challenge is not getting accepted, it is everything that comes after. Relocating for study can mean leaving behind family, culture, and community, while facing significant financial pressures. Without support, these barriers can prevent capable and determined students from pursuing their educational aspirations.

Together, we can change that.

Your support will help provide scholarships that:

  • assist students as they transition from home to university life,
  • ease the cost of accommodation, travel and living expenses, and
  • empower students to succeed, belong, and thrive.

Every contribution brings us closer to our $100,000 goal, and closer to a future where a student’s postcode does not define their potential.

Make a meaningful difference today and help more students take the journey from country to campus.

This scholarship has helped reduce my stress and anxiety, as it means that I don't have to live on two-minute noodles anymore. I can hang out with friends without worry and rent is barely a thought anymore. I want to say a tremendous thank you to the donors that have made my scholarship possible.
