Balancing university studies with running your own business? The Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA), hosted by Entrepreneurs’ Organization, offers student business owners the opportunity to connect with experienced entrepreneurs, gain recognition and compete for prizes.

Participating in GSEA is about more than winning an award. It’s an opportunity to:

• Learn from experienced entrepreneurs through feedback and mentorship to help develop your business.
• Strengthen your pitch and practise communicating what makes your business stand out.
• Expand your network by connecting with fellow student entrepreneurs and established business owners.
• Gain exposure for yourself and your business.
• Compete for prizes, including cash and business services, with a total cash prize pool of US$100,000 at the Global Finals. Local prizes vary by location.

Who can apply?

GSEA is designed for university and college students who own and operate a business while studying. Both part-time and full-time students may be eligible. Your business must have operated for at least six consecutive months and generated at least US$500 in revenue or received US$1,000 in investment. Additional eligibility requirements apply.
