Dr. Ella Xu joined scholars from 56 countries, including two academics from Western Australia, to engage in one of the most prestigious gatherings in the field of accounting and management.

Dr. Xu presented her research paper on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and sustainability, contributing to critical conversations around responsible business practices and long-term value creation.
