Global Collaboration Strengthens AACSB Accreditation Efforts at Murdoch Business School

Dubai

Murdoch Business School recently hosted a vibrant exchange of ideas and expertise, reinforcing its commitment to excellence as part of the ongoing AACSB accreditation journey. The visit brought together international colleagues from our campuses in Singapore and Dubai, whose contributions enriched key discussions around assurance of learning and leadership.

We were delighted to welcome Preman Chandranathan from Singapore, alongside Leena Wanganoo and Rania Itani from Murdoch Dubai. Their time on campus was marked by dynamic collaboration, including participation in staff meetings, guided campus tours, and active engagement in the face-to-face Assurance of Learning Seminar.

A special thanks goes to Ingrid O'Brien, whose academic support ensured our guests were well-equipped to contribute meaningfully throughout their visit.

The seminar itself was a cornerstone event in our accreditation efforts, featuring insights from external consultants such as Mr Geoff Parry, Executive Vice President, Chief Membership Officer, and Managing Director, Asia Pacific.

With our international visitors actively involved, the sessions sparked valuable conversations around learning outcomes and leadership strategies—further strengthening our shared commitment to academic excellence.

As Murdoch Business School continues its AACSB accreditation journey, the value of global collaboration remains clear. The insights and engagement from our international colleagues not only enriched our recent seminar but also reinforced our shared commitment to continuous improvement and academic excellence. We look forward to building on this momentum and deepening our connections across campuses as we advance toward accreditation success.
