The Showcase brought together academic and professional staff to share innovative approaches to teaching, curriculum design, and industry engagement — reflecting the school’s ongoing commitment to reimagining the future of learning. 

AI and Digital Integration 

This theme highlighted the growing impact of artificial intelligence in education. Balancing Minds and Machines (Arif Sikander) explored agentic AI in Human Resource Management education, while From Prompting to Fluency (Terri Trireksani, Sidharth Murthy, and Trisna Dwiyanti) demonstrated practical applications of AI in accounting having student critiquing the output generated by GEN AI model.  AI & Me: Reflect & Debate Like a Futurist (Vesna Sampson and Melorina Visheh) demonstrated how agentic AI can promote reflection among undergraduate students. 

Innovative Curriculum Design 

Sessions under this theme showcased engaging and student-centered approaches to learning. From Theory to Practice (Carel Chang.) presented the use of tailored case studies to enhance assessment design, while Creative Engagement through the Marshmallow Challenge (Shannice Ong) demonstrated playful and hands-on learning strategies to promote groupwork LMS Design & Student Engagement (Kath Sugars) focused on improving online learning environments for our students.  

Industry and Community Partnerships 

Strengthening connections beyond the classroom was another key focus. Work Integrated Learning Flowchart (Ella Xu) provided a practical guide to ensure diverse stakeholders roles and responsibilities are understood and communicated, and Social Entrepreneurship via Stories, Sites and Sustainability (A. Anand Naidu) highlighted the role of experiential learning and industry engagement. 

The 2025 Showcase reaffirmed Murdoch Business School’s dedication to innovative, future-focused education and its commitment to empowering both educators and students to thrive in an evolving world.
