Community outreach
We work closely with our healthcare partners to give you the best preparation for real-life with work experience in hospitals, aged care, sport associations and community settings throughout Western Australia.
We have a range of partnerships with leading organisations, including the Western Australian Cricket Association, Western Australian Institute of Sport, several WAFL teams, the Western Australian Police Academy, various privately-owned businesses and community owned recreation and leisure centres.
We also have close partnerships with a wide range of counselling agencies and hospitals in the local community, where our trainees in Counselling and Creative Arts Therapies go on placement.

The Winter Graduation Ceremony for School of Allied Health 2025
The School of Allied Health celebrates the success of over 100 new graduates at the Winter 2025 Graduation.
An afternoon and evening of celebrations last week at the graduation ceremony for students of the School of Allied Health
Students and their families gathered early on Bushcourt to celebrate with peers and lecturers and enjoy stories from across their journey in exercise science, chiropractic, counselling or creative art therapies.
Moving to the setting of Boola Katitjin, for the main ceremony students completed their journey walking across the stage as the sunset to rest and prepare for a sparkling new dawn aligning with our graduates future journeys.
From the Discipline of Counselling and Creative Art Therapies students graduated with degrees in Master of Counselling, Master of Creative Arts Therapies, Graduate Diploma in Creative Arts Therapies, Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Graduate Certificate in Counselling.
