Murdoch University Allied Health, Exercise and Sports Science students were given the opportunity to gain practical experience by delivering elite level sports testing to high school students at SEDA College's annual 'Draft Day'.

The day allowed Murdoch students to apply their classroom learning using cutting-edge technology to deliver a professional level sports testing program in a live setting.

Using state of the art technology, they delivered a rigorous program modelled after the AFL Draft and experienced by athletes.

The SEDA College school students received precision data to measure their yearly progress and plan for their future in competitive sport.

The event also provided those school students interested in a career in exercise and sport science with a valuable demonstration of the industry’s practical and theoretical skills.
