Attention entrepreneurs: you NEED to know about this!

Lightbulbs in hands

Are you an entrepreneur with an idea? Want the chance to pitch your idea to royalty and catapult your business? This could be your big break. Read on.

On 23 November 2018, Murdoch University is hosting Pitch@Palace WA. So, why should you care and what is Pitch@Palace?

About Pitch@Palace

The Duke of York (Prince Andrew - AKA Charles’ brother/Prince William and Prince Harry’s Uncle) founded Pitch@Palace in 2014 to provide a platform to amplify and accelerate the work of entrepreneurs.

Pitch@Palace gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to meet the people who can help make their business dreams become a reality.

Pitch@Palace guides, helps and connects entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses with potential supporters, including CEOs, influencers, mentors and business partners. It provides a platform for entrepreneurs, creating introductions to mentors and advisers, access to distribution systems and supply chains, and connections and investment.

What’s in it for me?

  • The opportunity to meet the people who can help make your business dreams become a reality.
  • A chance to get your business idea in front of a global audience of influencers who help catapult your business to the next level. It connects entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses with potential supporters, including CEOs, influencers, angels, mentors, and business partners.
  • On-tour and bootcamp events provide you with the opportunity to hear from leading industry experts and Pitch@Palace Alumni, as well as receiving support and mentoring from ‘Elevators’ to perfect your pitch.
  • A platform to showcase Australian based entrepreneurs, connecting them to local and international networks with an objective to amplify their businesses.
  • Develop links between Australian entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs around the world.

So what do you need to do?

  • Have a game-changing business idea.
  • Get your application together and apply for Pitch@Palace.
  • Be selected as a WA finalist.
  • Pitch your idea to Prince Andrew and other entrepreneurial judges at Murdoch University on 23 November.

Finalists from Pitch@Palace WA will go on to participate in bootcamp on the Gold Coast. Those who are successful in getting past this stage will be flown to pitch their idea at St James’ Palace in London!
