The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management (HRM) is a professionally accredited coursework qualification. It provides students with a foundation of the strategic view of HRM that links an organisation’s strategic goals and objectives to the management of its human resources. Graduates of this degree can translate and adapt theory into substantiated ethical and sustainable people management advice.
Students who successfully complete the Graduate Certificate may apply for admission to the Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management or the Masters of Human Resources Management. An offer must be received before enrolling in any further units.
