With the Federal Government recently announcing significantly discounted university short courses as part of the Higher Education Relief Package, there’s never been a better time to master new skills or take your career in a new direction.

This initiative is a unique learning opportunity for anyone who has been impacted by COVID-19, to boost their skills, retrain to be job ready for the future or for anyone who might be thinking about changing career path.

Murdoch is now offering four short online courses in the national priority fields of teaching, health, science and information technology, starting from just $1,250. With a discount of up to 80 per cent off and a duration of only six months, now is your chance to make the most of your down time and invest in yourself and future career.

The online courses begin on Monday 27 July and run through to December.

Courses are offered as a full-time study option and students who successfully complete a short course will be awarded a formally recognised qualification of either a Graduate Certificate or an Undergraduate Certificate from Murdoch University. The four courses on offer are;

Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management, $1,250
Graduate Certificate in Education, $1,250
Graduate Certificate in Information Technology, $2,500
Undergraduate Certificate of Information Technology, $2,500

In addition to the courses being generously discounted, applicants will be able to apply to defer payment of the course fees with a HECS-HELP loan, meaning there are no upfront costs in 2020.
