Copyright Declaration
For the purposes of individual research and study, the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)( s.49) allows a request for the reproduction of 1 chapter or 10 percent of a book, or of one article from any one issue of a journal. More than one article can be copied from the same issue if they are all required for the same course of study or research topic.
In addition, the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) s.51(2) allows the whole of an unpublished thesis to be copied for or by an individual for the purpose of their own research and study.
