You’ll explore strategic human resource management, employment policies and legal regulations. You will learn about recruitment and interview techniques, rewards, pay, performance management, and the future direction of human resources. As part of your studies, you’ll take on industry projects to get valuable real-world experience.
When you graduate, you could find work in any industry in a range of roles including human resources administrator, human resources policy officer, payroll and operations support or recruitment resourcer.
Expand your expertise and career prospects by specialising in two areas of study and complete a double major within the same amount of time as a single degree.
