Course Description
Designed for qualified teachers, the Graduate Certificate in Education (Secondary Science 7-10) will provide you with both the practical skills and knowledge required to teach lower secondary science.
This one year part-time course is particularly relevant to Primary teachers who want the flexibility to teach science in lower high school.
In this course, you will learn both chemistry and physics for secondary teaching as well as secondary science curriculum and practical methods of instruction.
Your specialist skills gained through the Graduate Certificate in Education (Secondary Science 7-10) will provide you with a wider breadth of career opportunities and make you more attractive to prospective employers.
