  • Where has MyUnits gone?

    The information previously available on the MyUnits screen can now be found on the Learning page. It can be accessed as follows:

    • On mobile: select the LEARNING tile on the home page
    • On desktop: select the LEARNING option on the left-hand menu

    The Learning page provides access to the following:

    • LMS;
    • Unit readings;
    • Unit handbook;
    • Recommended unit textbooks.
  • Why is MyMurdoch not displaying correctly on my mobile device?

    Make sure you are using the dedicated myMurdoch App on your mobile device. The app has been optimised for both Android and Apple phones and tablets. You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store.

    Both the app and the desktop portal provide the same great content and features. Please note that the desktop portal is NOT optimised for mobile devices, and is intended for use on your laptop or desktop computer.

  • Where has MyInfo gone?

    The information previously available on the MyInfo screen has been replaced by two pages in the new MyMurdoch experience.

    The Profile page displays your personal information, and can be accessed as followed:

    • On mobile: click on the "Welcome ..." profile icon at the top of the home page, or select the MY PROFILE tile lower down
    • On desktop: select the PROFILE option in the left hand navigation menu

    The Learning page displays information related to your course and units, and can be accessed as follows

    • On mobile: click on the LEARNING tile on the home page
    • On desktop: select the LEARNING option in the left hand navigation menu

    Additional services and information you can access on these pages includes:

    • Profile page:
      • Edit your preferred name and email address;
      • Edit your postal address and emergency contact details;
      • Print your statement of enrolment;
      • View invoices and make payments;
      • Manage your parking permit
    • Learning page
      • Access LMS content;
      • Find unit readings, handbook information and recommended textbooks;
      • View your GPA and course progress;
      • View your unit results;
      • Register for graduation;
      • Manage course and unit enrolments;
      • Manage your class sign-ups
  • Where can I view my classes for the week?

    Your class timetable can be found on the Calendar page

    • On mobile: select the VIEW MY CALENDAR button near the top of the home page
    • On desktop: select the CALENDAR link on the left-hand side navigation panel

  • How do I find out where my class is located?

    The Calendar page shows the location of your classes as part of your weekly timetable.

    Once you have found your class in the calendar, you can select it to display further details in the side panel. Selecting the location will then open Murdoch Maps with the location of your class location pre-selected.

    You can access the Calendar page as follows:

    • On mobile: select the VIEW MY CALENDAR button near the top of the home page
    • On desktop: select the CALENDAR link on the left-hand side navigation panel

  • Where do I go to sign up for classes?

    You can sign up for classes via the Learning page. You can access the Learning page as follows:

    • On mobile: click on the LEARNING tile on the home page
    • On desktop: select the LEARNING option in the left hand navigation menu

    Once you're on the Learning page, selecting Manage class sign-up (under Manage Enrolment) will allow you to sign up for classes.

  • How can I view my webmail?

    Webmail is available as part of the Office 365 suite of tools, which is provided free to all Murdoch students. You can access Office 365 from MyMurdoch as follows:

    • On mobile: select the OFFICE 365 & WEB MAIL tile near the bottom of the home page.
    • On desktop: select LINK TO YOUR FREE OFFICE 365 TOOLS near the bottom of the left-hand menu
    Selecting either of these options will take you to your Microsoft Office home page. Once there you will have the option of accessing web versions of various Office 365 applications (including Outlook), or downloading Office 365 to your desktop or mobile device.
  • How can I leave feedback or report a problem with myMurdoch?

    If you have a technical problem to report you can contact the IT Service Desk using Murdoch Support.
